the staff at reception were friendly.
The room was very small. the view was of a brick wall about 1 meter from the window. there was no shampoo or body wash, fridge, kettle etc. the floor was not clean. There were hairs everywhere.

The staff were helpful, even providing an adapter i needed. the location was central, placing me right in the heart of things. the room was very clean. I found it a comfortable and restful space (a true haven after exploring).

I found the location convenient. It was easy to get around. The staff were helpful. They answered my questions quickly. I appreciated the free coffee available at reception. It was a nice touch. The room I stayed in was heated well, this.!!
The stairs were quite steep, and this made it difficult to carry my luggage up to the room.
